Lance Engeldinger
Lance Engeldinger began his construction experience in 1968 by attending the IBEW Electrician program. Four years later he graduated as a Journeyman Electrician. Working for an electrical contractor, Mr. Engeldinger supervised over 60 electricians on all phases of electrical work in office buildings, warehouses, office spaces and a 23-story high rise in downtown San Francisco.
Lance took a year off from electrical contracting to start his own business, a potato chip company called Buffalo Chips. In that business Lance served as Chief Operations Manager and successfully increased NOI to enable him to sell the company to a competitor.
Mr. Engeldinger returned to the electrical business starting his own contracting firm which specialized in tenant improvements of existing office buildings. In 1989, Lance reorganized the business as a residential remodeling general contracting firm which he operates today as Engeldinger Construction. In addition to remodeling homes for others, Lance has a residential investment property that he is completing with his son, Jordan Engeldinger, which will be ready to market October, 2008.
Mr. Engeldinger has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM).
