On The Ball Group (OTBG) passed another milestone by aquiring the 206 unit Stonybrook Apartments. This recent property adds to their growing portfolio and the team has begun renovating and has assumed management of the units.
This property is a perfect example of our business model to buy larger distressed multi-family properties that are ripe for turnaround to maximize investor returns.
