Our Current Projects

We are currently funding a 206 Unit Apartment Project in Oklahoma City, OK that is being acquired at 35% of the After Repair Value (ARV). That is just $12,500 per unit in a market where other apartments are selling for $35,000 a unit.

 

What's in it for me?

You have 2 investment options.

  1. With the Capital Preservation Fund you receive a return on your investment, repayment of your principal when the property is refinanced in 6 to 8 months, AND you retain your equity in the project with NONE of your money invested.
  2. If you prefer to keep your funds in the deal for 3 to 5 years, the Growth Building Option may be more appropriate.
